disgusting and poor customer service

<p>I am livid and totally disgusted with Rhoda the owner of Sirius Properties in Johannesburgh. I moved out of a property that was rented out by them about 3 months ago. The deposit paid has still not been paid for reasons that I challended all the things they listed as needing rapairs following an inspection sheet completed by a moving in tenant.</p> <p> </p> <p>The list includes all documented as broken/needing repais as per my move in inspection sheet and was never fixed during my stay at the complex. To this day I have got no joy in resolving the matter and have been advised by the same Rhoda to go and report her to housing tribunal as she is not willing to pay back the money unless I agree to her list of repairs that she thinks I should pay for. This list she needs time to make up and will provide at a later stage - exact words spoken by her to me on a phone call to her when I tried to ascertain what the hold up is regards final pay out of the deposit.</p> <p> </p> <p>The matter has gone on for 3 months and the service and lack of a sense of urgency by this letting agent is appalling to say the least.</p> <p> </p>
