Sorry, if it is older than 5 years it is obsolete.

"Sorry, the product is older than 5 years so we do not do spares for it." Be prepared that if you buy a Sirair air conditioner or heat pump water heater and it needs parts after 5 years you will not receive anything but excuses. Not even basics like compressors on their inverter products is available. This is unacceptable. The rest of the industry support their products so I advise that you do not buy Sirair products if you want longevity for your hard earned money. I have discussed this with the owner and it was shrugged off as if it did not matter.
