Waste of time and money

What a horrible company to be with, We have the (So Called) Ultimate plan and they still reject the claim even if the medical aid have paid a portion of the cost. It has now come to my attention that the medical aid did not pay certain claim lines according the statement and therefore cannot be approved. What BullS**t is that, If the total is R1000 and the medical aid pays R600 there is a difference of R400 which should be covered by a GAP cover plan as there is a GAP in the total. And don't even try to submit 2 or more claims with one email as you will only receive a response of declined. What a pathetic way to waste money. I'll be canceling my plan with you.
