Terrible *****

<p>I have been waiting on feedback for a claim that I sent in three weeks ago(31May). Spoke to a consultant a few days after they underpaid one of my claims(9June) and his words were that they miscalculated the claim and the rest of the money will be in my account on 16June. Today(27June) I phone them as both my broker and I havent heard back from them and all of a sudden it's in their terms and conditions that a certain condition doesn't get covered. The amount for the condition was R829.17,medical aid paid R251.43 difference being R577.74, yet they underpaid by R576.32. Sirago sucks and I hope more people who has had back experiences come forward so that they can be exposed for the ********** they are. </p>
