Stuggle to get money payed out

After sending in the correct paper work for a claim and phoning in to make sure everything is in order, I AGAIN get an email saying there is paper work missing after I have sent in the claim form, Dr. statement, medical aid statement and proof of payment. Very disappointed...Its a huge struggle to get payed back. I am not going to struggle like this every time I want to claim.
