Still not paid out, 4 months since claim submitted

I went in for surgery at Fourways Life hospital in Johannesburg on the 13th January 2016, was discharged the same day. I had to pay a co-payment at the hospital which was meant to be reimbursed to me by Sirago. I submitted all my paperwork to my broker who in turn submitted it to Sirago, I was told that additional documents from the hospital were required- got those and sent them in. <br> <br> Now, almost four months later, after many emails I still haven't received a cent back. Sirago have still been doing my monthly debit order as per normal. <br> <br> I honestly never thought that a company could hash something up so badly as Sirago has! <br> <br> I would like my money back including the interest that my money has accumulated during this time.<br> <br> Please be advised the next step is for me to take this issue to the Insurance Ombudsman!<br>
