Sirago is a SiraNO, as in NO response, No service!

Claim logged 20 August 2019. Small amount R2000. Broker sent Documents to Sirago. I received sms with claim reference number. A MONTH later still had not heard back from Sirago. I start to wonder is there an issue, so I call them. They tell me they have my claim, but have 2 documents (one of which was in the originals sent) is outsanding, which I have sent 5 days ago (25 October 2019). I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. So my question, as the client, is.... why do I need to constantly follow up, why is Sirago not contacting me as a Valued Client paying a monthly fee for cover and proper service I ask?

Like I said I'm still waiting, it is my first claim and so minuscule. If anyone chooses Sirago be prepared to wait a very long time if they even ever contact you at all.
