Sirago gap cover

I have paid GAP cover for over years now, and every time I have tried to claim, it has been denied, due to something or the other. The latest is now that it is a \prescribed minimum benefit\" PMB and the medical aid is supposed to pay. Discovery Health has paid its portion and my understanding, is that the GAP cover is supposed to cover the balance...otherwise what is the point of having the additional insurance???<br> <br> I am feeling incredibly disgusted and disappointed with SIRAGO!!!!"
