SIRAGO- Claims not attended to
Submitted an additional gap cover claim after the medical aid revised their statement A month ago without receiving acknowledgement if my submission. Then i followed up a few days back just to be informed that no one has looked at my claim. The claim related to the Medical aid paying towards a code that they didn't didn't originally approve. Sirago only paid towards the initial approved codes. Now Sirago wants me to refund them the medical aid portion that they never covered to begin with. This is extremely stressful and causing much anxiety
