Resolving of claims by Sirago- Delona Gumede.
Hi there! I recently submitted claims for a procedure that my wife had. I then had an issue with the medical aid statements that were submitted. Dragged on for a while and then! Delona Gumede, team leader at Sirago arrived on the scene. Wow, what great service and updates. Things started happening and three cheers for Delona. She eventually resolved the issue issue with the assistance of her team. If the rest of the employees at Sirago follow her example, which I imagine they are very close to or on a par with her, Sirago are going places. Hey boss, Delona's that is, Christmas is coming so please try and make sure Delona and her loved ones have a GREAT CHRISTMAS 🎄🎁. As we all know life is expensive out there. You know what I mean BOSS.
