Paid for cover I they don't give - fantastic waste of money

For a few years now, i've had Gap cover with Sirago. I was told that a whole lot of things are included and when it came time to claim, suddenly all those things are excluded including the excess from my hospital bill that the medical aid doesn't pay. Gap cover is supposed to cover you when your medical aid doesn't pay your full hospital bill and then you don't have to pay it out of your pocket,but with Sirago, you pay for this so called cover and you get nothing in return! Fantastic waste of my time and money! **** company to have any sort of cover with!! Want my premiums back.
