No Service! No Call Backs! NOTHING!!!

<p>I have been trying to get in touch with these ridiculous people for a week!</p> <p>I have left messages with sickly sweet, sarcastic operators.</p> <p>Apparebtly their lines are down...... sure!</p> <p>We have had this policy for a number of years - all I am trying to do is find out how to use it.</p> <p>Where do I go from here????</p> <p>HELP!!!</p>
