No response or reply even after a Hello Peter review

I left a review/complaint on 20/1/2024 and I haven't had any response or acknowledgement at all. I guess that fits. That was after all the essence of my complaint. I guess all that remains is the ombudsman. A real pity that's what it may come to rather than a simple reply or conversation. Don't simply ignore customers
