I give them a zero star rating I have been on the phone with them for days. They have taken away time where I should of been trying to get business in but everytime I phone each consultant comes with a different story. The one, her name was Jenny told me they do not cover hospital shortfalls only doctor shortfalls. I almost fell off my chair. I was on Stratum and my husband on Zest and when we got married Sirago was suggested by a medical broker. Worst decisions ever!! Our medical aid paid but the laparoscopy tools limit was exceeded so their was an authorization number and there was a partial payment from our medical aid so there was a shortfall. And Sirago says no we don't cover this. Why have gap cover???? Never dealt with such *********** people or company in my life. And their automated replies to your emails are so frustrating.
