Gap Cover with Sirago / Optivest a BIG no no

A claim was submitted almost 3 years ago and it has been a non-stop battle to try and sense out Sirago/Optivest and get the claim paid out. A partial payment has been made.....that's it. We have put in query after query...complained to management and even tried the CEO. We have got no where with getting a settlement. The debit order runs like clock work every month though. The reaction when the debit order is out on hold is almost instantaneous...
