Sirago refuses to pay my gap claim for my MRI of 30th March 2026 , yet with the same terms and conditions that Discovery imposed on a colonoscopy claim and Sirago paid, makes you think if qualified claims official making such incorrect decisions, are the staff FAIS Act compliant with regard to Regulatory examination requirements
