Excellent service from Mali Kgotle - Thank you!

As a broker I've been dealing with Sirago for 19 years and in general am quite satisfied with their service. I would like to highlight the absolute courteous and professional assistance I recieved from Mali Kgotle in the claims department. She was well informed, managed to solve claims I have been having problems with and had escalated one she could not immediately resolve. This in itself was a pleasant experience, but she went the extra mile to follow up internally and call me back personally in less than 48 hours to report that the last issue had also been resolved. The other call centre agents would do well to learn from her, and I trust that she has a bright future within Sirago!
