I submitted a gap cover claim via the broker. There was a request for additional information which was provided by the doctor. The turnaround time in general was very quick in terms of registering the claim, feedback and the finalization of the claim.

In general, good communication and seems like automated business systems are in place to facilitate the process. Extremely happy with the service.
