Don't bother getting Sirago Gap Cover - you will never get a cent back on a claim!

I have been paying gap cover for the last 3 years and Sirago has not honoured a single claim!

Their latest mess: I have been submitting TWO claims to them since 2 May and sent numerous emails. I keep on asking for feedback and get nothing.

Today, they finally responded that they have NO claims on record for me!!

After phoning AGAIN they advised me that overlooked the one submission and misfiled the other one under an incorrect policyholder! They are so sorry and will address it, but the next payment date is only next Friday!

So they make TWO mistakes, but are only willing to fix it next Friday. In the meantime I have both doctors phoning me for the money and will probably be charging me interest too!

Worst service experience EVER!
