complaint

My husband must have an operation on his eye. The amount allocated for this procudure from them is a riduculous R4000. That is only enough fot the docters accounts. When I asked about the hospital's account they only allocated R3000 for it and I'm sure they didn'nt even think about the theatre costs. The information that I have is that the hospital's account will be around R7400. None of the consultants can help me and every time they took my number to call back, but this never happened. This operation is scheduled fot tommorrow - the 5th of February - and I havn't got an answer yet.<br> What bottering me is that wer'e members of this Hospital plan fot almost 22 years and now they can't even cover this.! .<br> Can you please help me in this.<br> Our no with them is MED 102674 - JP Immelman
