Claims long outstanding

I would like to recognise Delona Gumede for her efficiency when dealing with my claims that were outstanding for 6 months. Prior to dealing with Delona there was no updates or resolution. When I reached out to Delona after receiving an emails stating that my claim will be rejected for outstanding documents even though documents were provided. Delona is an asset to the company she gave me regular feedback and my claims have now been settled. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and support.
