<br> In August 2015, I reported about the ongoing problems I had been experiencing with SIRAC regarding a Heat Pump that I installed in 2011.<br> I continued to pursue the issue and eventually contacted Jason Dean (MD), who took up the issue on my behalf, advising me that they (SIRAC) did not longer manufacture, service or support Domestic Heat Pumps. Notwithstanding this he undertook to see what he could do. They (SIRAC) then provided me with a \refurbished\" Heat Pump, which after installation still continued to give problems, this was then replaced with a second one which was installed last week (February 11, 2016). So far this unit is operating 100%.<br> My thanks and appreciation go to Jason for his personal involvement in addressing my problem"
