Heat Pumps. Can other companies beat this?

I had a Sirac domestic heat pump installed in late 2009. It gave intermittent problems until I realised that it was not working at all, and lodged a call with Sirac in April this year. <br> <br> To my greatest surprise, the MD, Jason Deane took it onto himself to verify what the problem was. He came to my house, immediately s****ped the unit I had and said that such problems are not what he expects of the brands his company sells.<br> <br> A week or two later Jason was back with a new generation replacement unit and fitted it with the help of an assistant. The unit has been working flawlessly ever since.<br> <br> The charge for all of this? I do not think it covered Jason's travel costs. <br> <br> Such brilliant service on a six year old product, with the personal involvement of the MD doing manual labour, is very alien to me. <br> <br> Jason, I take my hat off to you. Thank you.<br>
