Terrible service

Honestly..... so disappointed, I chose to go to Sir Loin to celebrate my 21st birthday with my family of 9.. They forgot to place mine and my parents order .. We had to wait about 30mins while everyone else ate their suppers and when my food was finally brought out, it was cold and not cooked the way I asked, when we asked to talk to the manager he didn’t even have the decency to come and apologize. So disappointed, will definitely never celebrate anything at Sir Loin ever again.
