Place looked good...service was atrocious

My girlfriend and I visited the Capegate branch of this franchise. What terrible service! We stood in the foyer for a while..where waitresses walked past us, but never asked us if we had been helped. None of them greeted. Then eventually a waiter asked if we would like a seat ...He then took us to the non-smoking area booth, set up a table, and then proceeded to walk in front of my girlfriend on her way to her seat, forcing her to move backward to avoid being knocked over by him. At this point, we just looked at each other, and decided to leave. Really disappointed with the way we were treated. The only greeting we got was when we left from one waiter, proving that they were absolutely oblivious to what is actually happening in this restaurant.
