One of the worst managers I have encountered

Last night, we as a group of friends went to dinner for a celebration. The men then ordered the brandy special. When the second brandy came one of the guys said that it does not taste like the brand he ordered, and asked the waitress just to make sure to say to the barman what the brand is that he wanted and to make sure it is the right one. The manager then came and immediately said \I hear there is a problem with the drinks"in a very aggressive and defensive tone. He made everyone at our table feel uncomfortable and made the mood in the air unpleasant. Our waitress even said that the manager (Henrie) said to her that the men won't even taste the difference after the second brandy"
