Did not even get a table

I went to Sir Loin in Brackenfell last night for my birthday. We were quite a large group, 10 people, so I wanted to make a booking. After calling 3 times and not getting an answer I went to the restaurant where they told me they do not take bookings. I showed up an hour early to make sure we get a table, the lady in front took my name and offered us a seat. For an hour and fifteen minutes I sat there waiting for a table while seeing groups of 6 and 8 being seated right away. They did not even try and make a plan for us such as pushing a 4 seater table together with 8 seater table for us. After waiting for and hour and fifteen minutes I decided to move my birthday dinner to Spur where we were seated right away.
