VERY rude HR lady

A month back I went to Sir Juice offices in WoodStock to ask about my late fathers insurance and stuff. I was sent to the HR office where there were three woman,2 white ladies and a colored lady. I did not get their names.I got in and told the first lady who was a colored lady what I was there for, her response was rather HEART piercing and made my heart sink, she responded by saying \It's amazing how family starts popping or showing up after ones death"those words made me feel like crying that very moment especially she not knowing anything about my family. She said it in a VERY rude and cold way"
