I would just like to acknowledge Patricia from sir juice in Durban. We placed an online order and due to unforeseen circumstances there was a hitch. I was incredibly frustrated and made it known. Patricia contacted my wife and found a speedy solution. She handled it extremely well and I want to place on record my appreciation. Its easy to complain but I want to also compliment when I get amazing customer service.
