Disgusting customer service!!!

I am disgusted at the service I just received. A so called supervisor by the name of Bernice has the nerve to be laughing while talking to her. The levels of customer service she displayed telepathically is extremely terrible! Firstly she fails to understand that there is a difference between keep chilled and keep refrigerated, or is that how the employees have been programmed should there be a complaint! I spent over R80 trying to support a brand that doesn't care about it's products not has the decency to speak to speak to it's clients in a professional manner... I am so irritated by this brand... The employee & so called supervisor!!! The biggest dispute, the difference between "keep chilled & keep refrigerated" Keep chilled: 1 a : a sensation of cold accompanied by shivering b : a disagreeable sensation of coldness 2 : a moderate but disagreeable degree of cold 3 : a check to enthusiasm or warmth of feeling Keep refrigerated: "Keep refrigerated" means it should be kept in the refrigerator (fridge): keep frozen: means it should be kept in the freezer. Any working fridge or freezer should be automatically at the correct temperature!!! No where on the Sir Juice label does it say keep in the refrigerator!! Poor customer service & poor training on how to handle customers! Rebrand your products!!!
