Suggestions for improvement

Dear Sir Grooming Glenvista,

I recently visited your establishment on [23/07/2024] with a scheduled appointment at 5:00 pm, which was later moved to 5:10 pm. Although I arrived promptly at 5:00 pm, my haircut didn't begin until 5:30 pm.

While I appreciated the offered drink upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the staff had already left, and I couldn't get my hair washed as part of the service. Fortunately, my haircut turned out well.

However, I left my cap at the shop, and when I returned to collect it, it was missing. The reception had confirmed that they had it, but it couldn't be found when I went back.

Considering the delays and unavailability of included services like hair washing, I believe a discount on my haircut would have been appropriate.

Overall, my experience was average, but I hope you'll take steps to address these issues and improve your service. However I would still be willing to give this barbershop a second chance.
