Poor customer care

Bought Sir juice late December last year. Few weeks back I realized that the best before date on the product it's says 2029. How can I juice product have best before of 2029 while we are in 2025. Tried to send them email so that investigate the matter, never received a respond from them they just don't care. respond to emails.
