Hair order never received

Ordered hair from her a month ago, when the hair was received the quality of hair wasn’t great and so she requested that we return the package to her so she can reorder our hair. To say the least we never received our order and she’s ignoring our texts and calls yet updates her WhatsApp stories. For one person who’s always been her loyal customer I am deeply disappointed. I have always referred her business to my family and colleagues. Definitely not doing that anymore, this business has become a joke and a ****!
