Order confirmed on 27 Aug 2026 not received as yet (7 October 2026) **********

My R*** order from The Sip Store, receipt confirmed on 27 August 2026, has still not arrived. My WhatsApp to *** on 21 September 2026 is still to be attended to. Three separate emails were sent to *** on 9 September 2026, 15 September 2026 and 21 September 2026. On 23 September 2026 I received a very unprofessional cryptical email from Jessica with the question: "Has you order arrived yet?". I rep**** "No, not yet" and did not receive further communication. I believe this online store is a **** and I want to make people aware of it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Mary-Ann Naude
