Order Confirmed but No Delivery or Tracking Updates

Review for The SIP Store I placed Order #7752, which was confirmed on 17 Dec, but it has still not been delivered. I was provided with a tracking number (2G***) through Fastway Couriers, however the tracking number does not work and shows no information.

The lack of delivery updates and a non-functional tracking number makes it difficult to know the status of my order. Hoping for clearer communication or a resolution soon. I’ll update this review once the order arrives.
