Worst tattoo artist and poor quality ink.

Jessica Zachariasse, owner of Sin and needles, ********** , never ever use her, she has been paid and doesn't Rock up, uses cheap bloodline ink and cheap needles, after getting professional advice of a registered artist. She had damaged my skin as it started to reject the ink and Jessica claiming it to be of good quality. She has taken my money and not completed her work of which after getting advice from a proper artist, she does freelance work, I personally don't think she should be allowed to do this to other people, people who trust her. I have been messed around for two months now afte paying over R5200.00 .She had not apologized for letting me down and her phone is continuously off. I am so disgusting in the type of business she is running which I am sure if investigated actually isn't up to standard.
