Provident fund

Hi I worked for sinqobile company am now desperately need help how can I get my money because it been a year now calling and I even went to sinqobile to ask for confirmation letter that needed by the EL Salt provident fund company in order to release my provident fund am still waiting for my provident fund till now I went to sinqobile to ask for that confirmation letter they said I must go they will send it till today I haven't received my profidend fund struggling because am no longer working
