Worst Service!!!!!!! Absolutely DIGUSTING

Dear whom it may concern, I am highly disappointed and disgusted in the rudeness I’ve had to endure from staff in the parts department (I have the persons name and contact details as this was over email) and at your branch in Parow!

I emailed and called numerous times to enquire about a tv remote replacement and each time the phone was put off while I was still speaking and your staff just said they busy! Extremely rude! I am not a happy client especially after purchasing 3-4 TVs from this brand!
