Worst quality TV's

I am very much disappointed with the Sinotec TV I bought from Makro crown mines, and just after 6 months of having it, it stopped showing picture, contacted Makro, they said they would send a technician, waited two weeks and no one comes called again, waited another week no one comes. Then I took the TV to the store waiting another two weeks, I called and then told that the TV is at the supplier and will be back in another six to eight weeks. So far me and my family are sitting without a TV for five weeks already and adding another eight weeks will be thirteen weeks. Is this the type of service that is acceptable. I am at the point where I'm losing my cool, i want this to be sorted out right now.
