Want a Credit

We took our TV to Sinotec in midrand because it had issues. after fixing the tv several times and not being resolved . Sinotec said they will credit us. which meaning they have to do the report that the TV is damaged and do a credit for Makro to give us another TV. now after all the up and down for the whole month with them only now they say it was suppose to go via Makro ,the question is when we took the tv to them at the first place they said we don't have to take it to makro now all of the sudden things gave changed. their manager firstly does not even listen and I think she does not even understand English. she was fight without hearing what happened. I need SINOTEC to fix this with Makro . The Manager and the finance lady were so rude and unprofessional.

Please fix this urgently before I take it up with my legal people.
