Violation of consumer rights

The supplier do not care about customers / consumers, i lodged a complaint about my washing machine and they attempted to repair it and failed as i am still experiencing the same problem (water leakage), i am now forced to take the machine back because they collected it from my house to their factory and they claim that the washing machine doesn't have any leakages.

My house was flooded at some point, and i took pictures of the water leakage when i was using the machine after they have attempted to fix but same it is not taken into consideration and the fact that i am no longer happy with their machine does not count of anything to them. my rights as a consumer have been violated herein, i am forced to take something which i am not internally happy with whereas it is still under warranty. where is value for money is so doing?

I just want my refund back in full from the supplier to buy another washing machine but i am being take from pillar to post for something which i bought with my money, and not satisfied with.
