Very unhappy client

I only have 2 Sinotec products. A 58" TV and a sound system. Both bought from Makro 1 day apart. Please do yourself a favour and NEVER BUY a Sinotec product. I have never needed to return a TV before. My TV is still under warranty, after 1 year it just stopped working. Their courier Co took about a week to collect the TV from me. Only after speaking to Senior Management and after the Directors heard about this, did they actually try to do something about it. At the same time i also booked in a speaker for repairs. The warranty on this unfortunately expired about 2 or 3 months ago. It has been 2 weeks now, and i am still waiting to receive the QUOTATION. I was at Makro yesterday and they contacted Sinotec. I personally spoke to Jan and it was said that i would have my quote the same day. It is now tye end of bysiness Friday, still no quote. Firstly the products don't seem to be of good quality, and secondly the after sales service is ridiculous. Yes the products are cheap, but NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE TIME WASTED.
