Terrible bad service

My TV is broken I have sent the query, with all requested information I was told that they can't collect my TV to my residence because they only collect TV from 55 inch and my TV is 65 inch. So they told to take it back to the shop I bought. I try to respond to the email to verify all information I sent to them, to verify my size of tv. Since I send the email no response at all.
