Taking too long to deliver

I bought a Sinotec tv at Makro Centurion on 13 Desember 2014, i returned the tv on 27 Desember 2014. The screen had n black line on the right hand side. Makro send it in for repairs. Sinotec told Makro Monday that they will deliver the TV the same day (but no response for Sinotec). This is going on for this past week. They keep telling they will deliver tomorrow. Yesterday they told Makro that they will deliver 16:30, and guess what they never did. So I went to Makro for nothing this is really bad service
