SINOTECH TV

I bought a sinotech flat screen from game 2 years ago . Around 5 months ago the Tv was giving me issues so I took the tv to back to game. Firstly Sinotech refused to help without a slip but thanks to Game Richards bay the manager he helped me alot and the tv was sent for repairs and Sinotech repaired it. Now the same tv is giving me issues I took the tv back to GAME unfortunately they phoned Sinotech to assist me but they refused saying they need the slip now. Not long ago they repaired my Tv without a slip now they cannot assist yet the Tv was with them 5 months ago for fixing. I am sure u have records that u guys repaired my Tv 5 months ago cos i filled in all the paper work. Now I am sitting with a broken Tv .<br> <br> This is terrible service. Never purchase a sinotech Tv again. U only end up having isssues.<br> <br>
