Sinotec what service non existend

I bought a 43 inch Hd led tv and took it home apin opening the box it had liquid damage returned to the shop and was told not there problem and yhey wont take it.to sinotec i went there myself amd was treated like a dog amd told go and shoot ypur gun at yourR 6000 worthless target maybe it will help you amd they told.me repair it yes R2oo less than purchas price my first tv ever bought i wanted to treat myself what a treat 6000 debt i made and nothing to show for it . Why take insurance if it doenst mean anything amd the peaple treat ypu like dirt. And also no replacement screens been wating 8 months and nothing no reply nothing amd just a week after i bought it sinoctrc took thr tv of the shelfs wonder why
