SINOTEC TV VERY MUCH UNRELIABLE

Mark Berriman I phoned you this morning regarding my sinotec tv. As a manager you were rude enough to drop the phone while you had me as a client online. All the best in that department. Let me teach you the basics of customer service. A client has to be pleased and satisfied and be treated with respect. How do you pride yourself in selling that unreliable brand that breaks in less than 2 years of being bought?

I REPEAT MYSELF I DO NOT WANT THAT UNTRUSTED BRAND BACK TO MY HOUSE. I demand a voucher so I go and get myself a different trusted brand. I owned an LG TV for more than 10 years - I even gave it away and it still works and never had any issues. I spent almost 2 weeks without having a TV that I bought for CASH and had to pay DSTV and the likes of Netflix for nothing.

KEEP YOUR BRAND BY ALL MEANS. I'm pretty sure you know very well the brand is USELESS.

Come 5 years time, the warranty expires, then what sinotec???? I must throw it away and buy myself another device? At my cost GAIN?

Anything is possible with your TV that broke in less than 2 years. I'm very much not interested
