Sinotec tv is like a brick

I bought a Sinotec 49-inch (124cm) Smart LED TV STL49E2000M.. well it doesnt support dstv now and dont want to play even youtube videos. Dont want me to add some apps and keeps on telling me the app has stop working after i just installed it. The ram is up to ****.. i have 125mb ram left just by switching the tv on and there is only 500mb ram in... there is no updates and the last time i spoke to customer support his response was " Its not there problem if the sales person at hifi corp told me dstv now will work" even after i told him that the tv freeze and restarts while i am watching a movie.. he just told me there is nothing he can do.. well thanks for NOTHING..this tv is almost like a brick and it not google play supported.. DONT BUY SINOTEC/SKYWORTH..
