Sinotec t.v

My t.v screen went black and still has voice n told the lady to tell me what could be the problem can it be fixed she was so rude and ***********. Just said to me send it to us on our address .. i mean why and how? So not on... if there was a zero rate i would give her that.. even her name she did not give..
