Sinotec the worst Brand you can buy.

Its almost a month without my TV sinotec tech 40" Netflix. 1 year 3 months into having the TV i could not longer see the picture. Got the TV Fetched my sinotec outsourced repair company barnard tv repairs they took it in and never gave me feedback till i called and emailed only twice to be told they waiting for parts and then sinotec takes tv back and realize that they cannot repair it to. Apparently they will credit me, but now I will not get the TV i had because the TV was not promotion at that time. I consistently email and call Sinotec but no one response and still have my un-repaired TV. Why does Makro deal these suppliers?
